CHARTERING

Charter scenario modelling, freight/risk hedging, parcel consolidation, home/market tonnage matching, critical route planning, clause controls and negotiations form the crux of our bespoke Chartering portfolio. Fixing contracts that span bagged, bulk, and break-bulk commodities, we work the entirety of major and minor bulk trades on time and voyage charters including Contracts of Affreightment (COA) and period deals.
COMMERCIAL MANAGEMENT
A ship is a living thing, with the added distinction of being perpetually awake and ever watchful. Our raison d'etre is the health of the fleet in our care; commercially and operationally.
We organize a cohesive network of Masters, Port agents, Surveyors, PNI and Bunker suppliers to ensure that the sea carriage of the cargoes entrusted to us is executed in a timely and safe manner, with the least amount of ballast/downtime. Supporting our commercial fleet optimization is a vital flow of post-fixture monitoring and support. To run ship-shape; transparency, local rapport, and proactive knowledge of procedures and handling is essential.
The successful completion of a voyage goes beyond just the fulfillment of ocean carriage; it also involves the smooth overseeing of documentation and voyage analysis. At each interactive node, we maintain KPIs that capture the summation of all our activities and processes, and this drives the analytics of our Marine Accounting phase.
